One of the things that I admire the most about Brittany is, her calm go with the flow personality. Anytime that I have been in her company she’s kind, warm and laid back. We laugh and joke easily, I swear it’s as if we’ve known each other all of our lives. Which always makes for an easy & fun bridal portrait session. And that’s exactly how I would describe Brittany’s fall bridal portraits at Newbold White House in Hertford, NC.
We had the most incredibly warm glow of sunlight for her fall portraits. I loved how it would peek through the trees illuminating the leaves, highlighting the subtle golden yellow tones. It was a beautiful reminder that soon the trees will be in full change showcasing vibrant tones of oranges, reds, yellows and even purples. (Just in case you’re wondering I get a tad excited about the fall colors…any other time it’s soft subtle colors lol).
Besides the big Oak trees (seriously hope that’s the type it is lol) one of my other favorite places to photograph on the Newbold White House property is the small vineyard. It always photographs beautifully! Plus I get to sneak in a few yummy muscadine grapes! Brittany didn’t believe me so we took a little break so I could share a grape or two with her! I may or may not have fed her grapes so she didn’t get anything on her dress. Which had us in stitches so with that I captured some really genuine smiles & laughs of Brittany.
Here are a few of my favorites that I’d love to share with you!
