Bridal sessions are always a great way for a bride to showcase her own unique style & personality. I love being able to see brides incorporate family heirlooms, personal interests, and even their pets into those bridal portrait sessions. When it came to planning Brittany’s bridal portrait session she chose to have two separate locations that were of importance to her.
We started at the home of her mom, where we captured some stunning bridal portraits in which Brittany was perfectly framed by crepe myrtle trees. I loved how her mom’s home provided us with a beautiful backdrop behind those blooming trees. And since her mom has this GORGEOUS magnolia tree, in true southern girl fashion we shot a few of her portraits in front of it. I absolutely loved how regal she looked standing there with her long cathedral veil falling around her in front of a majestic magnolia tree! Ahhh some of my favorites for sure!
Brittany’s session ended perfectly when I captured her bridal portraits with a champion horse at Erin Lea Farm. If you happen to know Brittany then you would know that she absolutely adores her horse Denali. She’s an avid horse lover and accomplished rider. She spends quite a bit of her free-time horseback riding and competing with Denali. I just loved watching Brittany become completely carefree when Denali joined her for portraits! I think he was a little excited too! Slightly disappointed when he couldn’t eat the bouquet though!
Here are a few of my favorites from Brittany’s bridal session! Enjoy!
